Dairy Cottage, Brockham, Surrey
This 17th Century cottage had previously been
used as a cricket pavilion, on the site formerly occupied by the
Beechams Research Establishment. The property was in a poor state
of repair. Osprey lovingly restored the building into a stunning
3 bedroom cottage with a two storey timber clad, oak framed double
garage and office/playroom.
Traditional methods were used, incorporating
quality modern facilities without losing any of the original character.
The local authority Grade II Listed Building
Inspector was available for guidance and inspected the property
on completion.

"I have been very impressed indeed
from the very start of this challenging project, with you and your
company's desire to complete the work to the highest standards.
You recognised the significance of working on a Grade II Listed
Building and appreciated that this would inevitably result in more
time and cost having to be spent. Many congratulations on the successfully
completed restoration which has ensured that Dairy Cottage will
survive for many years to come."
