South Lodge, Brockham, Surrey

South Lodge was built in 1901. Osprey extensively refurbished the original building to provide a character 3 bedroom house with a bathroom on the first floor level. The building work was carried out using traditional methods and materials, to produce a finish that is sympathetic to the original period of the property.
